Project Updates

Our contractor teams are now focused on delivering the roads, services, and infrastructure. Close collaboration continues with Wollondilly Shire Council and other relevant authorities with completion of Stage 3 and the registration of lots on track for the third quarter of 2025.

In Stage 4, momentum continues to build across the stage works, with retaining walls, services, and road construction advancing well.

Substantial progress has been made on the Appin Road roundabout connection, a key infrastructure element that will significantly improve traffic flow and provide safe, convenient access to the community. The roundabout is scheduled for handover to Transport for NSW in the fourth quarter of 2025, marking another major achievement for the project.
