Exciting Progress at Appin Grove!
We’re pleased to share that all civil works for Stage 3 have now been successfully completed - bringing us one step closer to welcoming new residents to the community.
Final approvals with Council are now underway, and registration for Stage 3 is anticipated in Late November 2025.

Works for Stage 4 continue to progress well on site, with the temporary roundabout at Appin Road now operational. This marks an exciting milestone in improving local traffic flow and access for the community.
The roundabout will be formally handed over to Transport for NSW (TfNSW) upon completion, and Walker continues to work closely with TfNSW throughout this process. Registration dates will be advised shortly, following further planning and coordination with TfNSW regarding the completion of works strategy.
